These Terms & Conditions are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 777jan ("777jan", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). They govern your access to and use of the 777jan website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, promotions, and all related services offered under the 777jan brand at 777jan.net.
By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777jan with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
02 Age Restriction and Eligibility
777jan is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet or wager on the Platform. By using 777jan, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above. 18+
In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all users of 777jan:

We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a periodic account review. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
If 777jan discovers that a player is under the age of 18 at any time, the account will be immediately suspended, all transactions will be reversed where possible, and the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities. 777jan will not knowingly permit minors to gamble on the Platform under any circumstances.
03 Account Registration and Verification
To access the full functionality of the 777jan Platform, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 777jan. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Currency and Conversion

In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Welcome Bonus

General Bonus Conditions

Seasonal and Reload Promotions

06 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a user of the 777jan Platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment through lawful online gaming and sports betting activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment credentials, engaging in identity fraud, or impersonating any other person or entity.

- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider for any deposit that has been used for gameplay. Chargebacks related to gambling transactions processed in good faith by 777jan will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action to recover funds.
- Abuse of Support: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward 777jan support staff or other players at any time.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account to circumvent bonus restrictions, account suspensions, self-exclusion agreements, or any other Platform policy.
- Commercial Use: Using the 777jan Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent collecting bets on behalf of third parties.
777jan reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, reversal of pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.
07 Game Rules and Betting Rules
All games and betting markets available on the 777jan Platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game studios and sportsbook providers. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game or market before placing real-money bets.

- 777jan reserves the right to limit or close betting on any market or for any individual player at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
08 Account Suspension and Closure
777jan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal use of the Platform.
- Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
- Requests from law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or financial intelligence authorities.
- Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months).
Player-Initiated Closure
Players may request the permanent closure of their account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receipt, 777jan will process the closure request within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed and no outstanding investigations are in progress.
Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if the registered player has not logged in for a continuous period of 12 months. 777jan will attempt to notify the player at the registered email address before applying any inactive account policy. If no response is received and the account remains inactive, an administrative fee may be applied to maintain the account record. 09 Responsible Gaming Provisions

10 Limitation of Liability and Disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777jan, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity conducted through the Platform.
- Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered through it.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any game result, odds display, or account balance display caused by technical malfunction.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
- Actions taken by 777jan in good faith in compliance with applicable law or regulatory obligation, including account suspension or fund freezing.
In all circumstances, 777jan's total liability to you — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777jan account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Dispute Resolution Process

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 777jan operates. Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be conducted in English.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection or gaming regulations.
